UFC/WEC/AFC Veteran, HERMES FRANCA at PMA!!!

December was Yushin Okami, January was Chael Sonnen and Matt Lindland, and in April we will bring UFC veteran and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Blackbelt, Hermes Franca to our school for another world-class seminar. The seminar will be from 12:30-2:00 and open to all students from any school. He will then teach a private one hour seminar, from 2:00-3:00 for Team Quest Ultimate Plus members. Bring your BJJ gi if you have one but it's not necessary!

There is too much to list about Hermes but in addition to his extensive experience competing in martial arts, he has taught at martial arts schools around the country, as a full-time coach and as a guest.
