Muay Thai Kickboxing
Kickboxing is an intense cardio workout that will build strength and speed in your punches and kicks. Each class, taught by Master instructor Scott Stein includes stretching, heavy bag work, exercises for abs, arms and legs, and more. Kickboxing combines aerobic and anaerobic conditioning and helps develop timing, stamina and power.
