Program highlights:
Circuit training drills using Nike Sparq Equipment and fitness obstacle courses
Stretching, kickboxing, aerobic and anaerobic exercises
Safe and age appropriate games and drills that encourage coordination, conditioning, agility, strength, flexibility, reaction time, and speed
Enhances a childs performance in other sports and activities by helping their conditioning
Education on making healthy nutritional choices - mat chats on what every child can do to learn and implement healthy habits in their home and in social settings.
Ages: 8-12
Class times: Tuesday and Thursday 4:15-5:00
